BTW Example

Breath, Think, Write – Self-Coaching Exercising Technique

The following 7 videos show my way of using the BTW technique to find my solution to the problem: “I cannot find love.” This is me — your activity might be different. I analyzed the situation until I reached a final solution. It took 7 sessions. You can, of course, reach a solution that better suits you. It can take fewer or more sessions. BTW is not a race. It’s a tool to help you think clearly, write your insights, and act wisely.

Seven Sessions (YouTube)

Session 1 — The Problem: why “I cannot find love” feels bigger each day it’s not addressed.

Session 2 — Love’s Bad Reputation: disappointment, divorce, and how past pain shapes belief.

Session 3 — Biological Drive: we’re wired to seek connection and spread our DNA.

Session 4 — FOMO: chasing “better” is a mirage; apps make quick “love” look easy.

Session 5 — Community: humans are social; family and friends matter deeply.

Session 6 — Your BTW, Your Life: remember, BTW is for your thinking and your meaning.

Session 7 — Suggested Solution: volunteering to reconnect with people, purpose, and life.

Reminder: BTW = BreatheThinkWriteKnowDo. Use it at your pace. Adjust it to your style. Let it serve you.
